晨運英文係唔係叫morning sporting, 如知者請更正.
前幾天在舒適堡辦了會員証, 打算早上去運動,今天開始實行, 7點就到了舒適堡, 裡面設備還不錯, 反正早上7點就是沒什麼人, 什麼都可以用. 開始踩了15分鍾單車熱身, 之後就做一下力量的運動. 因為第一次去, 也不知姿勢怎樣才正確, 反正隨便來. 做完都沒有流汗, 與在松山跑步差得遠, 做完再來個蒸氣浴, 出了點汗洗澡走人, 感覺還可以.

晨跑可以叫morning jogging，晨運大概可以叫 morning exercise，sport係名詞，當動詞用有唔同意思。
你就變人乾，欲速則不達！練大隻要食蛋白質粉咖！去舒適堡最好帶自己毛巾，因爲聽講sauna都幾邋遢喔。
毛巾係自己帶架,不過佢d濕蒸都唔會邋遢呀,ok喇.
男人一過25嵗就會越黎越似個波，唔做運動會變圓形:P
